These Terms of Service govern your use of steadyrally.com and any purchase you make from SteadyRally (we, us, our). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
Products and health disclaimer
SteadyRally knee braces are designed to provide support and stability during sports, exercise and everyday activities. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition, and they are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a knee injury, are recovering from surgery, or have a medical condition, consult your doctor or physical therapist before use. Stop using the product if you experience discomfort, numbness, tingling or skin irritation.
Please follow the fit and care instructions provided. Do not overtighten the dial.
Product information and pricing
We try to describe our products and display colors accurately, but slight differences may occur. All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, refunds and the dial warranty are described in our Refund & Return Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.
Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm that it reflects your honest experience and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it in connection with our store and marketing. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not suppress reviews based on their rating.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the SteadyRally name, logo, text, images and videos, belongs to SteadyRally or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the limited dial warranty in our Refund & Return Policy, our site and products are provided as is, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteadyRally will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. The terms in effect at the time of your order apply to that order.
