Sizes are based on body weight: M fits 99-143 lb (45-65 kg), L fits 143-187 lb (65-85 kg), XL fits 187-231 lb (85-105 kg) and XXL fits 231-276 lb (105-125 kg). If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one. The dial lets you tighten it for a snug fit.

The brace is shaped to follow the natural angle of each knee, so the Left version is made for your left leg and the Right version for your right leg. Pick the side you need support on. If you want support on both knees, order one of each.

Press the dial in and turn it to tighten. To loosen, pull the dial up and gently pull the cable to release the tension. Start loose, then tighten in small turns until it feels firm but comfortable. It may take a try or two to find your ideal setting. After that, you can make quick adjustments without taking the brace off.

Items must be unworn outside the home, unwashed and have all tags attached, so feel free to try the brace on at home to check the fit. Ordered the wrong size?
